2009 Top 30 College Fantasy Football Quarterbacks
In college fantasy football, quarterback is the most important position you will draft. With mobile quarterbacks and spread offenses across the nation racking up massive yardage totals and lighting up scoreboards, who you select as your signal caller for college fantasy football can contribute almost 30% of your team’s point total each week.
Three of the four biggest names at the quarterback position in college football returned for another season in 2009, but none of them start the year with more fantasy football potential than Case Keenum of the Houston Cougars.
Last season (his sophomore year), Keenum racked up 5,020 yards and threw 44 touchdowns. Because that wasn’t enough, he also rushed for 221 additional yards and scored 7 TDs on the ground.
Sam Bradford might be the reigning Heisman Trophy winner, and Colt McCoy and Tim Tebow will continue to dominate the headlines each weekend in college football because they play for big name universities in big name conferences…
but Case Keenum will win you a fantasy football national championship in 2009.
