2010 College Fantasy Football Running Back Rankings
College fantasy football is a little bit different than NFL fantasy football. While its hard to argue the importance of having a high-scoring quarterback in pro fantasy football, filling in the running back positions with stud players is generally priority no. 1 in any NFL draft.
In contrast to the pro game, the first round of most college fantasy football drafts will be dominated by quarterbacks and filled in with a few other elite players at the skill positions.
In 2010, college fantasy football running backs are led by Oregon State’s Jacquizz Rodgers. Rodgers scored 21 touchdowns on the ground as a sophomore and added over 1400 yards last season. Quiz is also utilized quite a bit in the passing game as well with 78 receptions for over 500 yards and a score in 2009. Its this versatility and nose for the end zone that puts Rodgers at the top of our running back rankings.
