Anthony- You're right, they might ride around on mounted horses but the cops don't do anything. They will give you directions home if your really bamboozled though. Not to the level of Penn State in terms of craziness, but the students are all rich and they have lots of money to spend on parties. Rollins College near Orlando is a great party school. Not only is the school massive, it is party friendly, meaning you dont have to be a frat member to party, like at some schools. Anything goes up there, and the cops will usually just guide you along your way instead of the automatic public drunkiness arrest. Happy Valley is the name of the place for a reason, and not one person there is even remotely unhappy. Place is unmatched with partying.
