Get to Next Year’s Football Games in Style

It’s a bad economy out there. No doubt about it.
But, it’s never been a better time than to buy a new Honda automobile.
Honda cars are so reliable that they never seem to break down. I’ve known people who have driven Honda cars for over 250,000 miles and have owned them for twenty years. Their durability is absolutely amazing.
The Pilot is a large car, but gets decent gas mileage. It has a tight driving feel to it and the brakes are really good. It can stop on a dime and give you a nickel change. The turning radius is also very good for a larger car. I tend to go the wrong way on highways andsome times I’ve had to turn around on that roundabout that is supposed to only be for the police. You have to be quick if you do this and the Pilot never lets you down.
It also comes in a great variety of colors. The car pictured above is blue and that is one of the best selling Honda colors. The white is also popular and the black one looks sharp, although it can appear dirty if you drive it in the slushy snow that is common around New York City and northern New Jersey.
A few years ago, I bought a Honda Pilot. It was a great car because I coach baseball and I drove a lot of kids to games. I also had two large dogs so they loved riding in the car as well. It was surprisingly good on miles per gallon as well, although Honda has always been known for good mileage.
The other day I drove past the local Honda dealer and checked out the 2009 Honda Pilot. In fact, the 2009 model looks better than the one I owned a few years ago. I went online and checked out the Honda Pilot reviews and they were overwhelmingly positive.
The reviews really seemed to like the sound systems that are installed in the cars. The stereophonic speakers can really belt out the tunes and they sound good whether you like Frank Sinatra or Akon. My favorite stuff is classic rock and when I used to play my Pink Floyd CD on it, I felt like I was actually at a Pink Floyd concert. Once, we went to a Jimmy Buffett concert and I just put up the back door and let the stereo blast and we drank margaritas before the concert. A bunch of people we didn’t even know sat on the back bumper of the Honda and sang along.
I suspect if you are reading this college football blog that a lot of you coach youth football teams. You need to haul around a lot of equipment. If you are a football coach, the Honda Pilot is a great car to own.
