College Fantasy Football BCS Tight End Ranks
In pro fantasy football, the position of tight end has seen a resurgence in recent years thanks to guys like Antonio Gates and Tony Gonzalez redefining the position.
Unfortunately, in college fantasy football, the position is a lot less glamorous. While spread offenses in college football have greatly increased the values of second and third option wide receivers in college fantasy, it has decreased the usage of tight ends as receivers.
There still are some good tight ends to choose from in college fantasy football, but do not reach for any player at this position. Similar to how wide receivers are very dependent on their quarterback, tight ends are very dependent on the strength of their team’s quarterback and receiving corps.
